A career counselor would ve analysed the pros and cons in every aspect that are pertaining to each client. Each client and each student s capabilities are different. Each individual has different aspirations. And a lot of students today, are influenced with what they see around than what they want to achieve and hence are lot more confused. They would like to get into a path which most of their known people are following and are successful themselves. They least anticipate the risks and struggles involved in achieving the same. The counselor is the right person to contact. He/she would give proepr timely guidance to overcome hurdles and also discuss the best possible career path and clusters that are best suited.

The core objective of career counselling is to get a clarity and affirmation on what a candidate thinks about future. This means that there is an opportunity and need for someone who can provide a perspective towards the choices a candidate envisions to make. Most imprtantly you want this perscpective to be provided by someone who is

A. Trained of the process

B. Keeps YOU (candidate) as the focus of discussion

C. Helps you gain insights about your abilities and potential

D. Wants to partner with you in your career journey with regular interventions.

Career Counselling is a scientific process to empower students and professionals to select the best career suited for them. During the process, the counsellors explore the client s interests, aptitude, personality and various other factors which are crucial. For the process an expert is required due to the following reasons :

  • A counsellor uses psychometric tools either in online or offline mode to help discover these factors. An online version is preferred these days due to more accuracy. An expert can only use these tools. A person with no training would not be able to come up with accurate results.
  • An expert counsellor will have the best knowledge of their careers. They can provide you with the careers with the highest demand.
  • The expert can only understand your needs and help you in the process. The best career counselling in Delhi and India are provided by the expert counsellors only.

Hence, always go for a counsellor with experience and expertise.
